Our founder, Rich Mahre, has experienced this problem from both perspectives.
First, as an RV owner, he felt the frustration of being stranded on the road, unsure who to trust or where to turn for dependable help.
Later, as the owner of a mobile RV repair business, he saw the other side: providers working hard but unable to offer every service a customer needed—or refer them with confidence to another professional.
